Cloud WLAN Security & Cloud WLAN Controller - Interface Navigation

 

1.     Active Devices

   

Lists the wireless devices that have been activated and information about them such as operating system, coordinates and last command ran. Device and SSID names can also be changed from this tab.  


2.     Available Devices

   

Lists all the available devices that use the Profile ID and key. Information such as operating system, coordinates and client version are also displayed. This tab allows you to activate devices in specific modes.

 

4.     Access Point

   

Displays the wireless devices that were activated in AP mode and other devices that are connected to them. Start and Stop command can also be configured here.

 

5.     Scanner

    

a.     Wireless Scan

Scans and lists all the available wireless devices in the area

b.     Wired Scan

Scans and lists all the available connected devices in the network

c.     Matched Scan Results

Compares wireless and wired scan results to determine Layer 3 devices in the network

6.   Help

    

Contains the link to download the WLAN Controller client. Users can also chat with a customer representative.

 

8.   Account

    

a.     Account Summary

Contains information about the account such as Profile ID and key, number of devices and email address.

b.     Account Information

Allows users to change client key and account passwords

c.     Admin Contact Information

                                               i.     View

Lists the contact information such as company name and address for the account

                                             ii.     Edit

Contact information can be edited under this tab. The account email can also be changed

d.     Subscription & Billing Details

                                               i.     Current Subscription

Contains information about the current subscription type

                                             ii.     Change Subscription

Lists different subscription types and prices. Users can change their subscription under this tab

                                            iii.     Change Billing Details

Payment and billing information can be changed here.

e.     Tell A Friend

Allows users to recommend WLAN Controller to their friends and colleagues with the option to include a personal message via email.

9.   Alert Manager    

     

Administrators can set alert message settings such as email address and when to receive alerts.
